Tennessee has trouble defending the guard play of teams and with the four guard rotation of Turner, Buford, Lighty, and Diebler look for the Vols to struggle even with their strong hold at the guard position.  Chism will be a nice matchup for Lauderdale and is the only advantage the Vols have in this game.

Who’s Who?

Straight up- Take Ohio State in this one, Turner will come with his “A” game and it will be lights out.

Line- Even though I am taking Ohio State straight up, I like Tennessee to cover the +4.5.  This is a NCAA Tournament game with two good coaches and two good teams, that formula equals a close game.

Omar Samhan vs. Ekpe Udoh

Betting Note

Saint Mary’s has made this cinderella run but will it come to an end tonight?  The Gael’s dominating center, Omar Samhan, is going to have to step up his game even more against Udoh and the long defense of the Bears if they want to continue their run.  Saint Mary’s has the inside game to keep up with anyone in this tournament but Baylor has the whole package with Udoh down under and Tweety Carter and LaceDarius Dunn on the outside, this team is on the National Championship radar.

Who’s Who?

Straight up- Baylor hands down has this game straight up.  The inside, outside game of the Bears will be a little too much for this Gaels team to handle

Line- Saint Mary’s has a good team but with Baylor going off at only -5, I will take the Bears.
